Make your own marinated feta to serve with antipasto platters, in salads or even on Greek-style pizzas.

The ingredient of Marinated Greek feta

  1. 500g Greek feta
  2. 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 500g marinated kalamata olives
  7. Crusty bread, to serve

The instruction how to make Marinated Greek feta

  1. Cut feta into 2cm cubes. Place in a large, shallow ceramic dish. Combine oil, pepper, oregano and bay leaf in a jug. Pour over feta. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or longer if time permits).
  2. Serve feta on mezze plates with olives, skordalia (see related recipe) and crusty bread.
