The ingredient of Easter coco-choc nest balls

  1. 150g dark chocolate, chopped
  2. 2 teaspoons solidified coconut oil
  3. 65g (3/4 cup) desiccated coconut
  4. 65g (1 cup) shredded coconut

The instruction how to make Easter coco-choc nest balls

  1. Line two or three large trays with sheets of GLAD Bake & Cooking Paper.
  2. Place the chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes, stirring after the first minute until melted.
  3. Add coconut oil and stir until smooth. Stir in the desiccated and shredded coconut and stir until coated in chocolate. Spoon small teaspoonfuls of mixture onto prepared trays. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes or until set.
  4. For packaging, cut large squares or rounds of GLAD Bake & Cooking Paper. Place some coco-choc nests piled in the centre and tie with string or ribbon.
